A local woman and her girl, skinning off the Cassava root. Garri, which is one of the staple
foods in West Africa, is made from the Cassava. Local women come to the mill to process the cassava. The mill also serves as a social networking place, where these women come to talk, share and
laugh at the various personal stories.
